About Us - Evolve Your Future

eVolve your future: Built with Purpose

eVolve your future was founded in 2006 to significantly improve the working lives of those it served. This purpose has remained, and is welcomed by government organisations, employers and private individuals alike.

Addressing issues and strengthening weaknesses

eVolve your future is an established single entity organisation that has successfully delivered careers advice, guidance and training services to over 25,000 customers. Our customer base is diverse, because of contracts we deliver on behalf of the Skills Funding Agency, the Department for Work and Pensions, the European Social Fund and various local authorities.

eVolve your future operates ‘welfare to work’, vocational and non-vocational skills development (including NCFE, City & Guilds, BCS and British Safety Council-accredited qualifications/units) as well as individually tailored programmes to support all client groups across the East Midlands and the East of England. This includes the Department for Work and Pensions/European Social Fund-funded programmes, BBO projects supported via the Big Lottery Fund, Skills Support for the Workforce, and Levy and non-Levy  Apprenticeships. Recently we have taken on the Pitman brand as a commercial arm of the business, so we are now in a position to offer a wider selection of courses, which can be delivered in training centres or, alternatively, by distance learning. The courses range from Microsoft Office to AAT, plus many more.

eVolve your future was set up by Kay Brockall, who is currently the Managing Director and sole owner of the company. Kay has been running eVolve your future since 2007 and now has 20 staff and associates. Prior to starting her business, Kay trained as a Skills for Life Tutor and worked for Northamptonshire County Council in the Adult Learning Department as a Skills for Life Manager.
